You will require certain information to complete this application. To assist this process you may need the following documentation:
- Description of the proposed work.
- Drawings sufficient to detail the proposed works including site plans and elevations.
- Copies of meeting notes/advice received from Council's Planning and Growth Department and any other professional advice received in relation to the work.
- Evidence of any development approvals, where required.
- Statement addressing criteria identified in Section 4.3 of the Guidelines.
- Two written quotes based on the agreed scope of works and indication of the applicants preferred quote.
- Evidence of ownership/land owners consent to lodge the application.
