This award recognises an individual with disability who has achieved a significant milestone or demonstrated outstanding success in any area of life. This could include personal accomplishments in the arts, sport, music, civic participation, business, education or any aspect of community life – including creating inclusive opportunities for others.

This award celebrates not only the achievement itself but also the individual’s journey, impact, and contribution to a more inclusive community. It celebrates individuals who lead by example – with resilience, leadership and commitment to inspiring change.
